She goes to Jim and shares her thoughts and he agrees to help her uncover the culprit that is doing the sabotage. As the time passes and the list of suspects grow, it seems that they are not getting any closer to finding out who is trying to push for america to go to war. the challenges grow as Jim and Mary grow closer to finding out that they love each other.

If you love reading a WWII novel this is the one for you. I love that it mentions the Nancy Drew series, which was one of my favorite series to read growing up.

The discovery of a a human skeleton at a nearby construction site adds more to the police department’s plate then they can handle. Assistance is requested from the county’s police force, they send reinforcements in the form of ex-Navy SEAL Mac McGregor. It seems that there is someone who does not want the truth to come out and will do anything to keep it buried——Even kill all who interfere.

This was a very exciting and suspenseful read that kept me turning the pages wanting to know if they would catch the killer before they kill again.
